Institutions participating in EU Networks of Excellence are required to sign a Consortium Agreement in addition to the contract between the Consortium Coordinator and the Commission. The scope of MAIN’s Consortium Agreement, is to specify the organisation of the work between the Parties, to organise the management of the Project, to define the respective rights and obligations of the Parties, including, but not limited to, their liability and indemnification, to supplement the provisions of the Contract concerning Access rights and to set out rights and obligations of the Parties supplementing but not conflicting with those of the Contract.
